My experience with Mr. Dorival and Checkered Flag Toyota was very pleasing. I came in interested in a 2013 FJ Cruiser and Mr. Dorival was very helpful throughout the day. Unfortunately, all FJ Cruisers were unavailable due to a factory recall. However, Mr. Dorvial allowed me to test drive a Toyota Forerunner explaining that the engine was the same and I could at least get a feel for how the motor runs. In addition, he obtained the keys and allowed me to see the interior of the FJ Cruiser I was interested in and allowed me to adjust the seat to assure it was a comfortable fit. Mr. Dorvial was very knowledgeable and when asked a question he was unsure of, he asked his manager instead of making something up. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I can't wait to pick up my FJ Cruiser later this week. My brother was with me for my purchase and was also impressed with the service I received. He will be returning with me to pick my vehicle up and wants to look at a lifted Toyota PreRunner. I hope Mr. Dorvial will be available when we return.

I purchased my first new car, a 2013 Tacoma, from Checkered Flag, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I prepared for months before I started the process of finding the make and model from a number of dealerships I researched. After I decided on the Tacoma, I visited dealerships and got comfortable with the idea of making a major purchase at only one of them. Mr. James House was the main, but not only, reason I chose to start the negotiation process at Checkered Flag. I had heard about buyer's remorse before, but I know I got a great deal, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. At no point did I talk to any other salesman or manager, other than Mr. House. He went above and beyond and made sure I got the best deal I could get.

The people at Checkered Flag Toyota were extremely informative and friendly. They listened well and explained things very well. They were not pushy at all. Various extras were explained, and if we wanted them or not, our decision was accepted. The maintenance of our Prius will be taken care of for 7 years and Lifetime inspections is a nice plus. I would definitely go back again if needed and recommend Checkered Flag Toyota to others.

The best car buying experience even though I went to "just look." Bill is a true professional in every sense of the word; no pressure on me to buy. He was honest with me and showed me around the car lot as well as showed me a tour of the maintenance facilities. I don't remember the General Manager's name, but he too was great to work with; again, no pressure to buy. The visit was all about "me" which is why even though I just went to look, I walked out that day with the vehicle I wanted at a price that was affordable to me and my family.
