About Donations and Sponsorships

Checkered Flag Auto Group is committed to being a good corporate citizen by creating lasting partnerships with organizations dedicated to uplifting the community in which we live.

Requesting Monetary Donations:

When requesting a monetary donation, please follow the guidelines below:

• All requests must be made in writing on event letterhead and submitted electronically to us at least 6 weeks prior to the event date
• Due to high demand, vehicles will not be given as donations

For In-Kind Donations:

When requesting an In-Kind donation please follow the guidelines below:

Provide a letter or flyer with the following information

• Event Description
• Event date, location and expected attendance
• Any pertinent information regarding the benefitting charity or event

Corporate Sponsorship

For Corporate Event Sponsorship, please follow the guidelines below:

Provide a proposal or letter with the following information:

• Benefits to sponsoring organization
• Event date, location, and expected attendance
• Any pertinent information regarding the benefiting charity or event

*Requests for Corporate Event Sponsorship will be considered on an annual basis.  Request Deadline for next year’s events is November 1 of this year.

Approvals/Declines of Requests

All items submitted are subject to review by our marketing and management committees.  All responses are approved or declined and a decision will be sent to the submission contact.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for a response to your inquiry.  There is no need to call or visit the dealership to check on the status of your request.   Thank you!
